ELABORATION
Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 48 hours.  Once the desired extraction is achieved, the must is stored in insulated tanks, where we proceed to a debourbage.  When clarified, fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a temperature ranging between 13º and 15ºC.

AGEING
This wine has no oak aging.

TASTING NOTES
Intense pink colour with strawberry glimmers. Good aromatic intensity with a predominance of red fruit. Fresh, with a perfectly balanced acidity.  Smooth with a touch of citrus fruit.
