Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with daily rack and returns.

Deep cherry red colour, medium robe with purple tones. Characteristic aroma of fresh red fruits and flowers giving way to gentle spicy notes. Silky in the mouth, delectable with a clean, fresh finish.

Brief pre-fermentative maceration of the must at low temperature. After a gentle, low-yield press, the must is left to clarify in insulated tanks. Once clarification is done, the alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC. At mid-fermentation, half of the Chardonnay is introduced in new French oak barrels with its lees, to finish fermenting.

Obtained from free-run must of red grapes. After a brief maceration the most is separated from the fruit by gravity, without using any mechanical draining method. Once the must has been perfectly cleared, fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks.
This wine has no ageing.
Rosé wine of medium intensity with hints of pink grapefruit and pomegranate. The fresh citrus notes stand out in the mouth giving good structure and a long and pleasant finish.
